Return and Exchange Policy

At The Refill Label, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required. Important: make sure to add your receipt or write your order number in the return box. Without an order number we can't process the return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE EXCHANGES

• Personalized or Custom-Made Products (unless defective or damaged)
• Hazardous Materials (including flammable liquids and gases)

3. RETURN PROCESS

1. Request a Return Label: Email info@therefilllabel.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send return instructions and a shipping label.
3. Prepare Shipment: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
4. Ship the Package: Use the provided return label to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. REFUNDS

• Approval Notification: You will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.
• Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. EXCHANGES

• If you need an exchange, please indicate this when requesting your return label.
• Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional shipping cost.

6. GIFTS

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once we receive your return.
• If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
